Remove the bolts that secure the thermostat housing to the water pump feed pipe.
Remove the feed pipe Remove the thermostat and retaining sleeve, noting the orientation for installation. Installation Procedure
Install the thermostat and retaining sleeve with the dimple placed into the housing slot Important: Lubricate the O-ring with soapy water or coolant before installing the O-ring in the water pump . Install the feed pipe that connects the thermostat housing to the water pump . Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions. Install the bolt that secures the water pump feed pipe. Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (18 inch lbs.) . Fill the cooling system .0The C0474 code refers to a steering angle sensor located at or near the base of the steering column. Check where the steering column goes through the front of dash and verify the connector is fully seated and locked.
The sensor gets its voltage from the ABS module.
Let me know if it is clean, locked and seated. Make sure there are no pushed out or bent terminals on the connector.
Check this first and we can go from there.

Regards,DT0i am a saturn tech and ive never heard of this concern,the columns do go bad but they just set a ses light and cut out power,the column could be bad,it could also be the intermediate shaft u joint binding,,,i rec take to dealer, could be serious0
